We want you and your child to be 100% happy with your experience.

• Services: Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds on haircuts that have been performed. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit, and we will be happy to fix it for you free of charge.

• Products: Unused products in their original packaging can be returned for a full refund within14 days of purchase. Used products can only be returned if they cause an allergic reaction.

• Appointment Deposits: Deposits for appointments are non-refundable but can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with sufficient notice.
